What Reach Me keeps

Reach Me stores the account email, profile details, images, and links a member chooses to provide. It also records basic page-view and link-visit events so members can understand how their public page performs. To estimate daily visitors and suppress rapid duplicate events, Reach Me stores a one-way, daily rotating identifier; it does not store the underlying network address or browser string in analytics records.

Images uploaded to the profile builder are resized and converted to an efficient web format before storage. A member may optionally upload one short Mobile profile video in MP4, WebM, or MOV format, up to 25 MB. Reach Me stores that file as supplied until the member replaces, removes, or deletes the account. A member can also embed supported media hosted by services such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, Vimeo, TikTok, or Instagram. Opening a page containing one of those embeds may send the visitor's device, browser, and viewing information to that provider under its own privacy terms. YouTube embeds use YouTube's privacy-enhanced service when available.

When a member asks Reach Me to prepare a link card, Reach Me retrieves public metadata from the destination address, such as its title, description, and preview image. Reach Me saves that information only when the member saves the card. During guided setup, entering a screen name creates the corresponding public profile address locally. If the member explicitly permits public-profile lookup, Reach Me may retrieve public profile details and may copy a selected public profile image into Reach Me storage for the member's private draft.

Visual Boxes store the member's box names, descriptions, order, public switch, affiliate-disclosure choice, and the title, destination, preview image, site label, optional detail, sensitivity choice, and order for each visual card. Opening a Visual Box or one of its cards creates the same privacy-safe interaction record used for other profile links. The outside destination receives the ordinary web request when a visitor chooses to open it.

When a visitor deliberately shares their details, Reach Me stores the name and contact fields they submit, their consent time, the QR source that led to the submission, and any private follow-up notes the profile owner adds. Submitted contact information is visible to that profile owner and to an editor or analyst the owner has deliberately granted access to.

When a member scans a business card, the card image and extracted text are processed in that member’s browser and are not uploaded. Reach Me stores only the contact fields the member reviews and submits. A member may separately choose to add their current coordinates to that private contact record; location is not requested or stored unless the member chooses that action.

Member feedback submitted inside the studio is stored privately with its category, message, submission page, and browser user-agent information so the founder can diagnose and improve the product.

Reach Me keeps an account directory containing invited account email addresses, profile-address claim history, Founder security decisions, and an audit record of administrative actions. These records are private and are used to prevent address hoarding, impersonation, invitation reuse, and unauthorized account access.

To enforce one free membership per person, Reach Me normalizes known email aliases and stores one-way signatures made from a first-party browser marker and the network used during setup. The raw marker and raw network address are not stored in the free-membership record. A shared connection is not blocked by itself: possible duplicates are kept private for Founder review so legitimate households and workplaces can be approved.

A profile owner may create a private, expiring teammate invitation for a named email address. Reach Me stores that address, the editor or analyst role, acceptance time, revocation time, and a team-access audit history. The invitation grants no billing, account-deletion, ownership, or teammate-management authority.

A person may report a public profile for impersonation, spam, scams, harassment, copyright concerns, or unsafe links. Reach Me stores the reported address, report category, explanation, optional reporter email, review status, and review time so the Founder can investigate and respond.

A member may publish one temporary profile update with an expiration time, optional location label, optional outside link, and a public member conversation. Reach Me stores the update, member comments, reply relationships, moderation status, broad view counts, and in-app notifications. Active updates and visible comments are public. Comment names, public addresses, profile images, and Reach Me verification marks are shown with the comment. When an update ends, it disappears from the public profile, but the profile owner keeps a private archive of the update and conversation until the owner deletes it or the account is deleted.

A visitor who is not yet a member may use an active update as a controlled free membership invitation. Reach Me temporarily stores the visitor's name, email, intended comment, sponsoring profile, and update for up to 24 hours so the email can be verified and the comment can be completed. This invitation does not create partner commission. If the update ends first, the free membership remains active but the saved comment is not published.

If membership billing is activated, Reach Me records the selected offer, trial and access dates, subscription identifiers, charge outcomes, refunds, disputes, agreement version, and an itemized billing history. The payment provider handles card and bank details; Reach Me does not store complete payment-card numbers or online-banking credentials.

When an approved referral address is used, Reach Me records the referring partner, campaign, invitation, activation, paid conversion, commission, hold, reversal, and payout status. This prevents the referral source from being silently reassigned and supports fraud review and accurate partner accounting.

How information is used

Account information operates and secures the service. Audience activity is used to provide private analytics to the member whose page was visited. Reach Me does not sell personal information or use profile activity for targeted advertising. Page and link analytics may include the referring site's host, broad device category, country, state or region, and an estimated city supplied by network infrastructure. This estimate can be affected by cellular routing or a VPN. When the hosting network does not provide city detail, Reach Me may send the visitor's network address over an encrypted connection to IPWhois.io solely to obtain that city-level estimate. Reach Me does not save the address returned to or used for that lookup. Reach Me does not store a raw network address, GPS coordinates, a street address, or a visitor's precise location for profile or QR analytics.

Newly created pages are excluded from search indexing until guided setup is completed or the Founder approves them. Reach Me may temporarily unpublish or exclude a page from search while an address or safety report is being reviewed. Reach Me may also keep a new free page private while reviewing evidence that the same person has already claimed a free membership.

A member may connect a private contact tool through Google Apps Script, Zapier, Make, or another webhook destination. When a visitor chooses to share contact information, Reach Me may send that information, the profile address, its source label, and the connection time to the member-controlled destination. Reach Me signs delivery requests, retries temporary failures, and records delivery status. The member is responsible for the outside tool they choose and its handling of contact information.

A member may enter a Google Analytics measurement ID or Meta Pixel ID for their public page. Reach Me treats those as optional third-party measurement: a visitor choice is required before either provider is loaded, and a browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal is treated as a refusal. The page remains usable when measurement is declined. Google and Meta then handle any permitted measurement under their own privacy terms.

Service providers

Reach Me relies on infrastructure providers for authentication, database storage, email delivery, hosting, and - when activated - payment and compliant affiliate-payout processing. They process information only as needed to provide those services. Reach Me intends to use the payment provider's hosted screens for sensitive payment, banking, identity, and tax information whenever practical.

Your choices

Members can unpublish a profile at any time, download a portable copy of their account information, or permanently delete their account from Account settings. Deletion removes the account, public pages, and uploaded files after Reach Me first verifies that connected recurring subscriptions have been stopped. Limited billing, agreement, referral, payout, security, and administrative records may be retained without a live account identity when needed for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the service. Product feedback can be sent directly from the member studio.
