Invitation and account

Reach Me is currently an invitation-only service. Members are responsible for access to their email account and for all content published from their studio. One person may hold one free membership, including one free public profile and one public address. A different email address or email alias does not create another free grant. Additional identities are not included unless Reach Me explicitly adds them to the account. Reach Me may keep a possible duplicate private for review and allows the Founder to approve legitimate people sharing a household or connection.

Addresses, names and impersonation

Do not reserve addresses for resale, hoard names, impersonate another person or organization, or imply an official relationship that does not exist. Reach Me may reserve, review, freeze, quarantine, transfer, or release an address to protect people, trademarks, the service, or the legitimate name holder. Short and protected addresses require Founder approval.

Your content

Members keep ownership of their profile content and links. By publishing a page, a member gives Reach Me permission to display that content and operate the features they request.

Visual Boxes are curated links, not a Reach Me store. The member is responsible for each destination, image, description, recommendation, price note, and required affiliate disclosure. Reach Me does not sell or fulfill the linked item, process its checkout, guarantee its price or availability, or take commission from it.

Memberships and billing

If paid memberships are offered, the checkout screen and the current membership agreement will show the applicable trial, price, renewal schedule, included features, and cancellation terms before purchase. A membership agreement is not active until the Founder approves a specific version. Ending premium access does not transfer ownership of a member's work to Reach Me: eligible free Mobile content remains available and paid-only work may be stored privately for later restoration.

Referrals and affiliates

Referral credit and commission eligibility require an approved partner and valid attribution. Self-referrals, duplicates, fraud, refunds, disputes, reversals, and unpaid trial activity do not create payable commission. Exact reward, hold, minimum-payout, disclosure, tax, and termination rules must appear in the active affiliate agreement before payouts begin.

Submitted contact details

Use submitted contact information only for the relationship and follow-up the person reasonably agreed to. Do not sell it, publish it, or use Reach Me to create unsolicited messaging lists.

Acceptable use

Do not use Reach Me for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or malicious material; impersonation; unsolicited messaging; or links intended to compromise another person or system.

Temporary updates and comments

A profile may publish one temporary update at a time for no more than seven days. Anyone may read an active update, but only a signed-in Reach Me member may comment. Comments are text only and may not contain links. A profile owner may reply one level deep, close comments, remove comments from the public conversation, block a commenter from future update conversations, or end the update early.

Do not use updates or comments for harassment, spam, scams, impersonation, threats, unlawful offers, unsafe links, or attempts to evade the adult-link warning. Members may report an update or comment to Reach Me. Reach Me may remove content, preserve a safety record, restrict commenting, suspend an account, or take other reasonable protective action. Public expiration does not erase the profile owner's private conversation archive or Reach Me's limited safety and administrative records.

Lawful adult links and the 18+ warning

Reach Me permits a member who is 18 or older to link to lawful adult content hosted by another service only when the destination is marked sensitive and every visitor receives the Reach Me 18+ warning first. Recognized adult platforms receive the warning automatically. Reach Me does not host, embed, preview, sell, or process payment for sexually explicit content.

Adult content may not appear in a Reach Me profile image, card image, thumbnail, video, audio, embed, preview, product listing, or other hosted content. Reach Me may remove adult profiles and destinations from discovery or search.

Reach Me prohibits adult services, escorting, full-service sex work, sexual solicitation, adult tips or donations, adult product sales, adult paywalls, and payment collection for adult content. It also prohibits content involving minors, exploitation, trafficking, coercion, nonconsensual intimate imagery, incest, bestiality, sexual violence, or sexual deepfakes and impersonation. Apparent violations may be removed immediately and reported when required by law.

Enforcement and appeals

When a profile creates a credible safety, spam, impersonation, or infringement risk, Reach Me may first remove it from search, freeze publication, or quarantine it while reviewing the facts. We do not promise a specific address permanently. Affected members may contact Reach Me with evidence supporting a legitimate claim.

Availability

Features may evolve while Reach Me remains in private release. Access may be suspended when necessary to protect members, visitors, or the service.

Account deletion

Reach Me attempts to stop connected recurring subscriptions before deleting an account and will stop the deletion if that cannot be verified. Account deletion removes the member's pages and uploaded files. Limited financial, agreement, referral, payout, security, and administrative history may remain in a detached or pseudonymous form when reasonably needed for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the service.
